The size is the stature of the person standing from head to toe, most of our bobbleheads are between 6"-9". For other sizes, please contact us.

What are the materials used in production for the custom bobbleheads?
The custom bobblehead is made of polymer clay, which is durable and not easy to fade and deform.

What is the production & shipping timeline?
Usually, the production is completed within 9-10 working days. However, if there are multiple modifications in the proofing stage, this may extend the whole timeline. Ground shipping usually takes 7-12 business days and expedited shipping usually takes 2-4 business days.

Can I speed up the custom bobblehead production process?
If your order is urgent, you can contact us service@justbobble.com we'll try our best rush your order.

How to ensure order accuracy after placing an order?
After placing an order, we will start production immediately. Within 2-3 working days, we will send you a proof  via email. The proof will show the head and body without hair. If no modification is needed, we will continue to add hair after drying. If changes are required, please reply or within our proof system and we will adjust accordingly and resend the proof. The hair proof is the final proof. Once you approve it, we will dry and prepare for shipment.

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order for free within 6 hours of placing your order. After 6 hours, a fee of $29 will be charged because your order has entered the production stage.

Do you offer proofing services?
We offer a two-step bobblehead proofing process. In the first step, we can modify similarity issues. The second step only involves hair modifications. We will send you the proof via email.

What if I haven't received my proofs yet?
All proofs are sent via email, please double check the spam folder or contact us service@justbobble.com. If we don't receive your response within 3 business days, we will continue to process the order deadline after this time frame.

Can I change the reference image?
If your order has not entered the production stage, we can accept reference image changes; otherwise, changes cannot be made.

What if my order is damaged?
Although this is rare, we apologize if this happens. We will remake the bobblehead free of charge, but you will be responsible for the shipping costs which is $15 per doll.

What's the price of accessories
Small accessories on the promised product will not charge any extra fees, such as helmets, hats, glasses, sunglasses, base inscription, etc.
